Looking For More: Positions Available At 30 Minute Challenge!

Whilst we are taking a short break after our halloween artfest, there has never been a better time for this announcement.

As of tonight, we are looking for individuals willing to help run the 30 minute challenge. As of right now, there are not enough admins to keep things running like we would like. The idea pool is also getting a bit… stale, to say the least. We are still trying to get the euro challenge running as well. Some new blood will hopefully fix these problems.

If you would like to be apply for an admin position, please send us an ask containing relevant information about yourself (who you are, which tumblr you represent, why you want to help the challenge). If you are selected to become an admin, we will contact you. Do not take offense if you are not chosen; making someone an administer of the blog is a great responsibility, not to mention that you will know the true identities of the current mods, whom up until this point have remained anonymous. There is a lot of risk involved, and we will be taking a lot of time and careful consideration on these applications.

Note also that being an admin is a volunteer position. Running an art challenge is a significant time investment, and requires focus and attention to keep things running smoothly. There is no monetary compensation for this effort, just the satisfaction of running the challenge. The goal is to have the challenge running every night, if not also during the day time as well (maybe get the euro challenge going). Expect to invest about two hours of your time each day to run them. For the night challenge, that would mean the time between 6PM and 8PM central time every night. As for the euro challenge, if we get enough interested volunteers we can work out a time for all of you. If you cannot or are unwilling to meet these times or expectations, please do not apply for a position.
